Los Al Link: Connecting Los Alamitos Through Innovative, Electric Transportation

In January 2026, the City of Los Alamitos launched Los Al Link, an innovative on-demand transportation service designed to improve mobility, support independence, and connect the community through affordable, environmentally friendly transportation. The service is operated by Circuit, a nationally recognized microtransit provider known for delivering electric, community-based transportation solutions. Los Al Link offers residents a convenient alternative to traditional transportation options. Using a simple mobile app or phone-based reservation system, riders can request a ride within the service area and be picked up by an all-electric vehicle. The program helps reduce traffic congestion, lowers emissions, and provides a practical transportation solution for seniors, students, families, and individuals who may not have access to a personal vehicle. One of the most exciting aspects of Los Al Link is its focus on accessibility and community connection.
