CCGG Research Showcase
CCGG Showcase: November 19th, 9–11am (Zoom)
The California Council on Gerontology and Geriatrics (CCGG) will be hosting a Showcase that gives an opportunity for students, faculty, and the greater community to share their work and research with the larger CCGG community. The spring and fall showcases provide a wonderful forum to connect and learn about the work that our colleagues are doing. It is also great for presenters to be able to share their information with a smaller, highly engaged audience.
Our showcase will feature research and community-based presentations on culturally responsive care and equitable aging, including advance care planning, health education, and virtual programming. Topics will also explore dementia and caregiver well-being, cognitive and muscle health, mental health, age-friendly emergency shelters, and the resilience of aging services organizations.
