Monika White, Ph.D., MSW, CMC

Monika White earned both a Master’s and a Doctorate in Social Work at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.


She has extensive experience as a practitioner, educator, researcher, consultant and administrator. Since the mid-1970s, Dr. White has concentrated her work on coordinating health, mental health and community-based service delivery systems.


She is a leading authority on care management, eldercare services and healthy aging and consults and trains professionals throughout the country and in other parts of the world.


A nationally recognized author and lecturer in the aging field, Dr. White is the President/CEO of Center for Healthy Aging in Santa Monica and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the USC Davis School of Gerontology, a Senior Research Associate at the USC Andrus Gerontology Center in Los Angeles and lecturer at the USC School of Social Work.


She serves on a number of local and national boards including the American Society on Aging and is President Elect of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Dr. White has received numerous awards for her contributions to the field.
